How's the current market?

In March 2026, Maryland home values saw steady growth, as the median sale price climbed 4.6% from a year earlier to $446,900. Despite the increase in prices, overall sales activity dipped slightly, with 4,936 homes sold compared to 4,960 during March 2025. Properties also took longer to sell, remaining on the market for a median of 48 days, which was 12 days longer than the year before.
